Contact Americas at CCW Las Vegas 2026
October 16, 2026

From Peru to the global CX stage
In June 2026, Contact Americas joined Customer Contact Week Las Vegas as a sponsor, taking part in one of the world's most important gatherings for Customer Experience, contact center operations and technology.
For four days, Caesars Forum brought together thousands of CX leaders, technology companies, BPOs and innovators to discuss where the industry is heading — and how Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing the way companies interact with their customers.
For Contact Americas, being at CCW was about much more than attending an industry event. It was an opportunity to represent the capabilities being built in Latin America, connect with the global CX community and benchmark our own vision against some of the companies shaping the future of the industry.
As a company born in Peru and increasingly operating across the Americas, being a sponsor at CCW represented another step in our international journey.
Experiencing CCW together
One of the highlights of the week was sharing the experience with our friends from Win Internet, one of Peru's leading fiber-optic internet companies and a long-standing Contact Americas client.
Bringing part of their team to Las Vegas allowed us to explore the event from a client's perspective: discovering new technologies, discussing where customer operations are heading and identifying ideas that can translate into better experiences back home.
We also had the opportunity to spend time with our friends from Digital Era, a Miami-based cybersecurity company with whom we work across specialized operations and talent.
Having relationships from Peru and the United States come together at the same event was particularly meaningful for us. It reflects what Contact Americas is increasingly becoming: a bridge between Latin American talent and operational capabilities and companies across North America.
AI was everywhere
If there was one theme that dominated CCW 2026, it was Artificial Intelligence.
AI was present across almost every corner of the event: conversational AI, agent copilots, automated quality, analytics, workforce optimization, voicebots and increasingly autonomous customer interactions.
But that also led us to an important conclusion.
AI itself is quickly becoming the baseline. What matters is what you actually do with it.
The companies that stood out were not simply adding AI to their message. They were connecting technology with strong platforms, real operational processes, data, integrations and measurable business outcomes.
For those of us who operate customer interactions every day, that distinction matters.
A great demonstration is one thing. Making technology work consistently across thousands or millions of real customer interactions is something entirely different.
Technology meets operations
CCW also reinforced one of the principles behind how we are evolving Contact Americas.
We don't see technology and operations as separate businesses.
Technology can make agents better. AI can analyze conversations at a scale humans never could. Automation can eliminate unnecessary interactions. Data can help organizations understand their customers in ways that were previously impossible.
But all of that still needs to work inside a real operation — with real customers, real employees and real business objectives.
That intersection between people, operations and technology is where we believe the next generation of Customer Experience will be built.
It is also the thinking behind our own technology ecosystem, including COAM Omni, Copilot, Quality AI, Agent AI, Talent AI and Click Contact Americas.
Seeing many of the same ideas being discussed across the CCW floor reinforced the direction we have chosen: not technology for technology's sake, but technology designed around better operations.
A global ecosystem
Throughout the week, we shared the space with some of the most recognized companies in Customer Experience, contact center technology and Artificial Intelligence.
Organizations such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, Zendesk, Talkdesk, RingCentral, Cresta, Observe.AI, UiPath, TTEC, Sutherland and iQor were part of a much broader ecosystem of technology providers, operators and CX leaders gathered in Las Vegas.
For Contact Americas, participating in that environment was valuable not only because of what we could learn, but because of what it allowed us to validate.
Latin America has a meaningful role to play in the next generation of global customer operations — not simply as a lower-cost delivery location, but as a source of talent, technology, operational expertise and innovation.
Representing Peru
There was also a special significance to being there as a Peruvian company.
Contact Americas started its journey in Peru more than a decade ago. Since then, we have grown alongside our clients, expanded our capabilities and increasingly connected our operations in Latin America with opportunities in the United States and other international markets.
Being a sponsor at CCW Las Vegas gave us the opportunity to bring a small part of that story to the world's largest customer contact event.
From Peru, to Las Vegas, and increasingly across the Americas.
It was a reminder of how far we have come — and, more importantly, of how much opportunity still lies ahead.
And after all the AI, a very human ending
Perhaps appropriately, after several days dominated by conversations about Artificial Intelligence and automation, CCW ended on a much more human note.
Shaquille O'Neal's closing keynote focused heavily on his journey, the people who shaped him and the lessons he carried with him along the way.
After spending a week discussing how technology will transform customer interactions, it was a fitting reminder that Customer Experience ultimately remains about people.
Technology will continue to change.
AI will become more capable.
Operations will become increasingly automated.
But the ability to understand, help and connect with another person will continue to matter.
And perhaps the companies that understand how to combine both sides — better technology and better human experiences — will be the ones that define what comes next.
See you at the next one
We returned from Las Vegas with new ideas, new conversations and an even clearer view of where Customer Experience is heading.
Most importantly, we returned convinced that Contact Americas belongs in that conversation.
We will continue building from Latin America, strengthening our capabilities across Customer Experience, specialized operations and Artificial Intelligence, and connecting them with companies across the Americas.
CCW Las Vegas 2026 was another step in that journey.
